2 | cans | (4-oz) mushrooms; reserve juice |
4 | tablespoons | Butter |
4 | tablespoons | Flour |
1½ | cup | Chicken broth |
½ | cup | Mushroom juice |
¼ | cup | Heavy cream |
½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except cream and lemon juice; heat. Just before serving, add cream and juice and heat through.
