My grandmother's steamed shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 pounds Raw Headless Shrimp in Shell
1 cup Chopped Onion
½ cup Green Onion
½ cup Green Onion
½ cup Green Pepper
1 cup Vegetable Cooking Oil
1 cup Chopped Celery
½ cup Parsley
1 each Clove Garlic

Directions

: Heat oil and add shrimp. Cook until pink. Add all seasonings.

Cover and cook 10 minutes by clock. season to taste with salt, black pepper, and red or cayenne pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.

: Serve with sliced French Bread.
