My mashed carrots and turnips

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 larges Carrots, peeled and diced
1 medium Turnip, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Peel and dice carrots and turnip. Boil in water until tender. Mash (as you would mashed potatoes). Add butter and stir. Add brown sugar and stir. Serve immediately.
