½ cup Flour; all-purpose
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
6 Pork chops; browned in oil
2 tablespoons Oil
½ teaspoon Monosodium glutamate
1 can Chicken and rice soup

Directions

Recipe by: Claudia Nagel Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix first four ingredients; set aside. 2. Coat pork chops with flour mixture 3. Fry Chops in oil until browned. Place in crockpot. 4. Sprinkle MSG and Soup over pork chops. *Cover and cook on low for 8 hours/ hight for 4 hourCrockpot bowl for coating pork chops.
