Neufchatel salad^

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Neufchatel cheese
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Chives, chopped
1 teaspoon Olives, chopped
Salt and paprika to taste

Directions

Beat cheese and butter till creamy. Add parsley, chives, olives and seasonings. Form into small balls and serve on lettuce or watercress with French or mayonnaise dressing. Serve very cold. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
