1 | pack | (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gelatin |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon leaves, crushed (optional) |
¾ | cup | Cold water |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | cup | Finely chopped cooked turkey breast |
½ | cup | Seedless grapes, halved |
½ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
Directions
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon.
Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 3 cups or 3 entree servings.
