No-bake cookie crumble cheesecake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Knox gelatin
¼ cup Cold milk
1 cup Milk, heated to boiling
2 packs Cream cheese (8 oz. ea)
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Chocolate chips
9 ounces Graham cracker crust
1 cup Crushed cookies (any kind)

Directions

In a blender, sprinkle knox gelatin over cold milk, let stand two minutes.

Add hot milk and process on low speed for two minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until well blended. Arrange chocolate chips on bottom of crust. Pour gelatin mix into crust. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 10 servings.
