Noodles with tahini sauce

Ingredients

8 ounces Spiral vegetable pasta
1 Onion, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Tahini
cup Water
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Directions

Heat a large pot of water until boiling. Add the pasta, stir, and return to a boil.

Saute the onions, garlic, and mushrooms in oil in a heavy skillet until all of the vegetables are tender. Add the tahini, water, soy sauce, and the parsley. Stir until the ingredients are well-blended and heated all the way through. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and cover with the sauce.

Serve right away.
