Lowfat tahini sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Nonfat Yogurt
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 dash Ground Red Pepper
1 Clove Garlic; minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire shisk until well blended. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup. Serving size 2 T.
