1 | cup | White Cooking Wine |
1 | tablespoon | Basil |
Salt And Pepper -- to taste | ||
1 | Jar Pimientos, Chopped (3 1/2 Ozs) -- drained | |
1 | cup | Sour Cream |

Directions
Place chicken breasts in a large pan so that meat is in a single layer. Combine soup, wine, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken and cover container with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 300 F.
Remove from oven and spread with pimento and sour cream. Return to oven to keep warm. Serve chicken on a bed of wild rice. Makes 8 servings.
