2 tablespoons Whole cumin seed
3 tablespoons Coriander seed
1 tablespoon Peppercorns
8 eaches Dried chilis
2 eaches Bay leaf
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
48 ounces Tomato sauce
4 cups White vinegar
4 cups Water
¼ cup Salt

Directions

Cook honey-chilis 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce, cook an additional 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, simmer 10 minutes.
