cup Honey
cup Molasses
1 Head garlic
2 tablespoons Whole cumin seed
3 tablespoons Coriander seed
1 tablespoon Peppercorns
8 Dry chilis
2 Bay leaf
3 tablespoons Tom paste
48 ounces Toms
4 cups White vinegar
4 cups Water
¼ cup Salt

Directions

1. Cook honey-chili 30 min/ Add toms, cook 15 min. Add rest, simmer 2-4 min.
