tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Nutmeg
tablespoon Vital gluten; to 3 tbls
3⅓ cup Whole wheat flour
teaspoon Yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Medium color setting. Makes 1-½ lb loaf.
