Oatmeal bread abm

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
1 cup Oats
3 cups Flour, bread
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil
1 Eggs
cup Water; warm

Directions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot, humid weather, use ⅛ c less water.
