Banana oatmeal bread abm

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Steel cut oats (used Quaker Old Fashioned) soaked in 1/3 cup boiling water. cool to room temp. |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg, extra large. | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Veg. oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar-used Domino pourable |
| 1 | cup | Bananas-mashed VERY ripe about 3 medium |
| 4 | tablespoons | Dry buttermilk |
| 2½ | cup | Bread flour |
| 1 | cup | Quick Cook Oats |
| 1 | tablespoon | Yeast |
Directions
Program for normal or dark. I usually use dark, don't ask me why. This was good bread.
