Oatmeal cookles

Ingredients

3 cups Quick-cooking oats
cup All-purpose flour
cup Sugar
cup Packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Egg substitute
cup Light corn syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix oats, flour, sugars, baking powder and salt.

Add egg substitute, corn syrup and vanilla; mix. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets that have been sprayed with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 deg. for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen. Nutritional Information: One serving (1 cookie) has 101 calories, 47 mg sodium, trace cholesterol, 21 gm carbohydrate, 3 gm protein, 1 gm fat
