While scanning throughTaste of Home's Quick Cooking recipies that they sent to me, I found the below quick recipes. I modified both of them to suit my taste and tried both last night. It tooke me about 30 minutes to prepare and serve both. They complimented each other and were so tasty, I want to share them.
In a saucepan, saute onion in oil till tender. Add undrained beans and corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes or until heated through. Stir in Tobasco or your choice of pepper sauce.
NOTE: For more of a Southwest taste, substitute a 16 ounce can of Bush's Bold & Spicy Baked Beans which contains chili pepper, cumin and cilantro.
