Oley's simple corned beef hash

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Ore-Ida Potatoes Obrien
(one bag)
1 can Corned beef, chopped
2 tablespoons Bacon fat or grease
1 medium Onion, chopped

Directions

Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and onion. When slightly browned, add the corned beef. Continue cooking, covered, until golden brown.

As simple as this is to prepare, it is absolutely delicious.
