Orange baked pork chops

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 5 0z. Pork loin chops
½ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
teaspoon Dried thyme
½ teaspoon Grated orange peel
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 teaspoons Onion flakes

Directions

Broil chops in preheated broiler, turning once, until lightly browned.

Place in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and por over chops. Cover and bake 1 hour.
