Directions
In the bottom of a ring mold, place orange slices and orange bergamot leaves in a pleasing design. Cover with ¼" of water and freeze.
Fill mold with ice cubes (to hold fruit and leaves at the bottom of the mold), and add very cold water to fill remaining spaces. Freeze mold until solid, preferably overnight. Unmold into tea-filled punch bowl with fruit and leaves up.
