Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Sugar
¾ cup Light corn syrup
cup Water
3 cups Orange juice
6 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Cook sugar, corn syrup & 1 cup water until a fine thread can be spun (240 degrees on candy thermometer). Add ¾ cup water, orange juice & lemon juice. Mix well. Freeze. Stir occasionally as mixture begins to harden.

Yields 12-16 servings.
