Orchard mince pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 9\" Pie Crust; unbaked
2 cups Medium Apples; peeled and fine chop
1 cup Prepared Mincemeat
¾ cup Light Cream
¾ cup Brown Sugar; packed
¼ tablespoon Salt
½ cup Chopped Nuts

Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
