Hasty mince pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ Stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
¼ cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
½ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 pinch Salt
1 cup Raisins
cup Apples; chopped
1 9\" Pie Crust; unbaked
Whipped Cream

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, vinegar, spices, salt, and vanilla. Then add raisins and apples. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Serves 6 or more.
