Oriental pepper steak

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Sirloin steak; cut in 1/2\" strips
teaspoon Accent
¼ cup Oil
1 cup Beef bouillon
¼ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 Green peppers; cut in strips
1 medium Onion; sliced
2 Tomatoes; peeled, cut in wedges
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Sprinkle beef with ½ the Accent. Brown in oil. Add bouillon, sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes, covered. Add vegetables and sprinkle with remaining Accent. Cook 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into beef mixture until thickened. Simmer 30 minutes. You can cook less for crispier vegetables.
