½ cup Liquid Butter Buds
litre Salt to taste
Pam spray

Directions

Cut potatoes into strips. Arrange on a Teflon baking sheet, after dipping or brushing with Butter Buds. You can also try other seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder or chile powder. bake at 425F. 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn; bake 15-20 minutes more or until tender. to shorten baking time, parboil potatoes 15 minutes; slice and bake as directed.
