Homemade chips - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Pk (25) corn or flour tortillas, corn are lower in fat
1 each Cumin seasoning to taste
1 each Papa Dash lite salt

Directions

Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each. Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Bake at 375F about 10 minutes until dry and crisp. Monitor your chips so as not to overbrown. You might turn them after 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container. When serbing, freshen in the microwave about one minute.
