French toast - butter busters ^

1 cup Egg Beaters
cup Skim ilk
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 eaches Tb liquid Butter Buds
10 eaches Sl white bread (Wonder fatfree)
litre Maple syrup

Directions

In a shallow pan or bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat in liquid Butter Buds, place the pieces of bread that have been dipped in Egg Beaters mixture. Brown 3 minutes on each side.
