Oven chicken salad

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
5 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
cup Chicken stock
3 cups Cooked chicken
4 ounces Mushroom stems & pieces, can drained
¼ cup Canned pimiento, finely chopped
8 Puff pastry shells, baked

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the second 1 cup of croutons in

a 1½-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.

2. Sprinkle with cheese and the 1 cup of croutons or crushed potato chips. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly.
