Oven roasted onion-coated potatoes

1 | pack | Lipton Onion Soup |
6 | Potatoes, cut up |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a plastic bag or anything else that will hold up to the egg mix.
Lay in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
