Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Thyme
¼ cup Margarine
3 pounds Chicken cut up

Directions

Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix dry ingredients & roll chicken in it. Then dredge chicken in margarine. Place chicken on rack in baking dish skin side down. Bake 425F 30 minutes then turn chicken over & cook 15 minutes or until done.
