4 | mediums | Red Potatoes; Cut In Bite Sized Pieces |
1¼ | tablespoon | Olive Oil; Or Vegetable Oil |
1 | teaspoon | Seasoned Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Dill; Optional |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
1 sheet (18 x 24") Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Preheat oven to 450F or preheat grill to med-high. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Center onion on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one large foil packet. leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.
Bake 30 - 35 min on a cookie sheet in oven OR Grill 15 - 20 min in covered grill.
