1 | tablespoon | Chinese chilli garlic sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Rich soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Chinese rice wine or dry sherry |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
Cashew nuts; lightly browned |
Directions
SAUCE
1. Stir fry the vegetables.
2. Blend the sauce ingredients together and add to the stir fried vegetables at the end of cooking and sprinkle with some lightly browned cashew nuts
