Spicy cashew nuts

2 | cups | Raw cashew nuts |
2 | eaches | Tb butter |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Curry powder or garam masala |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin seeds, ground |
¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
YIELD: 2 CUPS
Melt the butter in a saucepan, and saute nuts until golden brown.
