How to Prepare the Steak:
1. Heat two 12-inch cast-iron skillets over high heat.
2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Add the steaks and saut until golden brown on one side.
3. Turn over and repeat. Cook to desired doneness; 6 to 7 minutes for rare, 9 to 12 minutes for medium, and 12 to 15 minutes for well done.
4. Serve with Bobby's Steak Sauce.
How to Prepare Bobby's Steak Sauce: Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined.
