Papaya cucumber salsa

2 cups Finely diced English cucumber, unpeeled
2 cups Diced peeled papaya or mango
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar or lime juice

Directions

In bowl, combine cucumber, papaya, dill and vinegar. Season with pepper to taste. Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off before serving.
