1 pounds Scrod or cod
2 tablespoons Plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Minced onion flakes
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Sherry extract
1 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 30 min.

Preheat oven to 350øF. Arrange fish in a shallow buttered baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake , uncovered, 25-30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
