Party port and cheddar spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Lowfat cheddar cheese --
Grated
cup Port wine
1 Loaf
Round French bread

Directions

1. Place cheese and port into a food processor or large bowl, and blend together until smooth.

2. Cut the top third off the round of French bread. Scoop out interior of bread and pack cheese into hollow loaf. Smooth top with a spatula.

3. Cover loaf with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chunks of French bread.
