Beer cheese spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese; shredded & softened
8 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded & softened
½ cup Beer
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air out of bag, and seal.

Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.

Serve with bagel chips.
