Passover boiled chocolate frosting (pareve)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Vegetable oil
4 ounces Bittersweet chocolate, melted

Directions

Boil sugar with water until it spins a 6 - 8" thread (242*) . Stir in chocolate gradually, until icing is smooth. When Icing coats a spoon evenly, beat in oil.
