Passover toffee squares

1 | cup | Pareve margarine |
1 | cup | Matzohs cake meal |
1 | Egg | |
8 | ounces | Chocolate or chocolate chips (pareve) melted |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | cup | Walnuts, finely chopped |
1 | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Cream Margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in egg, beating well Add cake meal gradually. Blend well. (dough will be stiff) Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread dough out evenly Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes Take out of oven Spread melted chocolate over top and sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into chocolate.
