Pasta and corn salad

Ingredients

2 cups Cooked macaroni
2 cans Corn, drained
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
¾ cup Red onion, chopped
2 mediums Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Picante sauce
¼ cup Salad oil
1 tablespoon Lime OR lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Oregano leaves
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine macaroni, corn, celery, green pepper, onion and tomatoes in large bowl. In a jar with a lid, combine picante sauce, salad oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic oregano and salt; shake to thoroughly combine. Pour over salad, toss and chill at least 3 hours. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
