French bean and corn salad

100 grams French beans
100 grams Potatoes
100 grams Corn
2 Carrots; julienned (100 g)
A few tender lettuce leaves; chopped
3 teaspoons Vinegar; (15 ml)
1 teaspoon Mustard powder; (5 g)
Salt and sugar to taste
1 teaspoon Oil; (5 ml)

Directions

FOR THE SEASONING

STRING the french beans and cut them diagonally. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil corn till tender.

Mix vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, salt and oil. Combine french beans, carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over the salad and stir. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
