1 | cup | Fennel; chopped; steamed 15 to 20 minutes |
1 | tablespoon | Coriander, fresh; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley, fresh; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil, extra virgin |
2 | tablespoons | Vinegar, apple cider |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | Black pepper |
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, toss, and serve cold or at room temperature.
