Pasta and mushrooms with hummus sauce

Measure Ingredient
75 grams Pasta
1 small Onion; chopped
1 \N Clove garlic; chopped
\N \N Oil for frying
100 grams Mushrooms; sliced
100 grams Hummus
15 millilitres Milk
\N \N Salt and pepper

Add your chosen pasta to a saucepan of boiling water While it's cooking make the sauce. Fry the onion and garlic in oil until they start to colour Add mushrooms and continue to cook until soft. Stir in the hummus and milk.

Cover and simmer gently for a few minutes. When pasta is cooked, drain.

Season and serve with the pasta.
