Pasta w/garlic and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Spaghetti (uncooked) for two
½ ounce Feta cheese; crumbled
1 large Head garlic*
10 Sun-dried tomatoes; (up to 12)
¼ Toasted pine nuts
6 Artichoke hearts; sliced

Directions

* (baked in ⅛" olive oil in a 350 oven for 30min) Bake garlic first.

Break Spaghetti into 2" pieces and cook per directions on package. When done, divide onto two plates. Toss each with half the tomatoes, pine nuts, artichoke hearts, and feta. Squeeze as many baked garlic cloves on each as you like.
