Pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Jar double cream
1 tablespoon Garlic
4 ounces Blue or gorgonzola cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 ounces Chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

Heat all the ingredients except the walnuts into a smooth sauce. Add the sauce to your hot pasta,then stir in the walnuts.
