Pat's mother's deviled eggs

Ingredients

4 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Mustard, dry |
2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Dill pickle juice |
Paprika for garnish |
Directions
Remove yolks from eggs and move to a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and add all ingredients except paprika. Mix thouroughly and spoon into egg halves or load into a pastry bag and pipe into whites.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 24 deviled-egg halves. Note: For lower cholesterol eggs, use ½ to 2-3 of the yolks and substitute low-fat mayonnaise. You will need more mayonnaise.
