6⅜ pounds CHEESE AMER/SLICE
2 pounds BUTTER PRINT SURE
12¾ pounds ONIONS DRY
12 pounds BREAD CH 7 GRAIN #83
cup SALAD OIL; 1 GAL

Directions

1. SLICE ONIONS THIN AND SAUTEE ON A 375 DEGREE LIGHTLY OILED GRILL FOR 5-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL TRANSPARENT. SET ASIDE FOR STEP 3.

2. GRILL BEEF PATTIES FOR 3½ MINUTES ON EACH SIDE AT 350 DEGREES.

3. AFTER PATTIES ARE COOKED

2 TBSP SAUTEED ONIONS AND 1 SLICE EACH AMERICAN AND SWISS CHEESE; TOP WITH SECOND SLICE OF BREAD. 4. BRUSH LIGHTLY WITH MELTED BUTTER ON EACH SIDE GRILL AT 400 DEGREES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON EACH SIDE AND CHEESE IS MELTED.
