Peach nutmeg frappe

1 cup Fresh or frozen peach slices
1 cup Vanilla low-fat ice cream
½ cup Skim milk
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Mint sprigs (optiona
Additional ground nu (optional)

Directions

Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frap into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
