Peanut butter oatmeal snacks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Oats
cup Milk
cup Crunchy peanut butter
½ cup Honey
cup Nonfat dry milk
cup Raisins or currents
½ cup Mixed seeds or nuts
½ cup Coconut

Directions

Toast oats for 15 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree over. Combine milk, peanut butter, honey and bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add nonfat dry milk, raisins, seeds and nuts, and coconut. Press into and 8 inch square pan and chill for at least 1 hour. Keep refrigerated. Makes 16 bars.
